Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work when using the Foglal app. Refund terms apply when online payment is enabled through MyFatoorah. All transactions are in Qatari Riyal (QAR).

1. Cancellation by the customer

You can cancel your booking from within the app. Please cancel well before your appointment. Confirmed bookings may be subject to the salon's own late-cancellation policy.

2. Refund eligibility

• Early cancellation within the allowed window: full refund of any amount paid online.
• Late cancellation or no-show: may be non-refundable, per the salon's policy.
• Cancellation by the salon: full refund.

3. Refund method and timing

Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method via MyFatoorah, typically within 7–14 business days depending on the payment provider and your bank.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund or ask about its status, email support@foglal.app with your booking reference (FGL-XXXXXXXX).
